What was once a business targeting solely the Polish community has grown into a business that has far broader appeal. With the arrival of new chef and owner with a Mediterranean and Polish culinary background (worked in restaurants in Spain and Italy, but married to a Polish girl from Krakow) – our Catering menu has expanded significantly, with the addition of several traditional American and European Specialties.
