Old Country Banquet Facility and Catering

A family run Banquet facility and full service catering company that offers an array of unique and individualized menu choices to suit all occasions and budgets, from a simple buffet to an elaborate wedding event.

We offer on premise catering in our own renovated wedding venues in the historic 1923 building for Connecticut and Massachusetts area for 30 to 300 guests and for every occasion.

Banquet Hall

Our impressive two stories high Wedding Hall in a 100 years old historic building, with huge arch windows, chandeliers and a real opera stage is the most unique event site in New England, one of the most beautiful wedding banquet halls in CT and MA. We also offer off premise catering for private parties, weddings or work events.

We provide good, old fashioned American and European food using traditional framework but local, sustainable, healthy, organic ingredients and new, improved and delicious recipes.

We are also the proud manufacturer of the Pierogi Queen filled dough products!

We were producing filled dough products in the bakery inside the Polish National Home of Enfield since 1981, just next to our famous Delicatessen store.

You can find our Pierogi Queen pierogi and Crepes in the finest stores in New England, from New Hampshire to Rhode Island, mostly in small selected Delicatessen stores but also in some big stores like ShopRite or Arnolds Meats.

This is a fantastic story and has stirred up a great deal of memories for me as a teenager in Enfield in the mid to late 60′s. My husband and I used to go to dances on Friday nights at the Polish National Home (upstairs). Your photos show it transformed into a beautiful banquet hall upstairs and a very comfortable, country gathering place downstairs. That is NOT how I remember it. It was quite dark and not very well lit and yet it was a great place for local teens to go and dance on a Friday night before a Saturday afternoon football game. I can’t begin to tell you how many weddings I attended there years ago, including my sister’s wedding in 1960. Now I am planning my daughter’s bridal shower there. Life is good! My husband and mother in-law, both have had the food from your deli and loved it! My.mother in-law is Polish and she really enjoys it. I’ve never been but I will make the trip. I enjoyed the humor in you blog.
